CollegeBound Foundation Scholarships Bridge Higher-Learning Funding Gaps for Baltimore Students

In April 2024, the City of Baltimore allocated $2 million in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding to the CollegeBound Foundation. This investment supports the provision of need-based, last-dollar scholarships to graduates of Baltimore City Public Schools (BCPSS) whose expected family contributions and financial aid packages fall short of covering the full cost of college.
